I had an issue with a car i recently purchased via Car Money and Victoria from the complaints department was Brilliant. She kept me updated every step of the way and even checked in to advise that they were still awaiting a response from the dealership the car was purchased from. I couldnt of asked for a better person to handle the complaint. Overall everyone i spoke too was superb and a very good experience with this company and would highly recommend.
