“Awful lying company who steal money. I am disgusted. I was sold a car in August, one that was more money than the one I originally found. Car money told me this car would be better as the dealership was reputable. Now it has been in the garage more than out the garage. It has broken down fully several times. I have spent lots of money on It. Which they have now since begging me to Remove my review have refunded some of the repairs. They were not going to do this at first. I had to fight for that. I called the dealership 2-3 months after buying the car and said look this cars clearly faulty it needs taking back or repaired. I was told it was solely my job to do all the repairs and I'd be stuck with a car that doesn't work and isn't reliable for 6 years. Now I'm a single mother of 4 disabled children. I'm Pregnant and in a rural area. There are no taxis here, there isn't public transport. My children have been off school a lot due to this. One child is hone schooled due to their needs, they haven't been able to go to appointments or to their tutors. I've missed scan dates for my baby too. I've even broken down fully. I heavily rely on my car. I have had NO empathy from this company. And I've been told the dealership which they found for me is now in liquidation so they have taken over. The dealership supposedly did an mot and service before giving me the car yet it needs a complete oil change already. Their communication is absolutely shocking. I've had to really get blood out of a stone to find out what's happening. Are you paying for the repairs are you going to take the car back? Because one moment you are the next you need more proof of the repairs which you have. They should take the car back its faulty but instead I'm Paying nearly 19k for a broken car. Absolutely disgusted AVOID. Car money called the garage that I take my car to and made me wait all day for this. This is jsut too much for me. I've had months and months struggling in a rural area stranded pregnant with my kids. I have had a breakdown over this and ended up on medication due to the stress. They've ignored my latest emails too. So after they called my garage which I could have easily done again, they told me it needed to be seen by them again for proof on the more ongoing issues.. I've just picked it uo and had to pay a further £206 for this repair and have to now wait for their reply if they are going to pay me I have no idea because they change the rules so much. They told me I would have the right to refuse the vehicle of they have more proof. What else do you want? Its in the garage every week right now. Just to add I also called car money shortly after doing the contract to ask for their help with the car and I was shrugged off and spoken to rudely. So once they have their money they don't care. More than happy to help before though. I'm currently sat at the garage waiting for their reply. With all my. Children in my Car. They have truly and utterly broken me.”

“The website does not work, I’m viewing cars to figure out what I want, but I can’t, I click on the photos to see more photos and nothing happens, screen goes darker as if it’s trying to load, and nothing happens at all, this needs sorting. Iv sorted a car out with you guys in the past and I know yous are spot on, but this is frustrating.”

“Brilliant service, no pushy selling, Mark couldn't do enough for us, no throwing cars at you, leave you to find 1, send them the link, and they do their upmost to sort the finance, the quotes were great prices, all sorted inside 3 days, would definitely recommend 👍 very pleased”

“Not happy how my complaint was dealt with. Had warranty that wasn't even told about. Instead got sent back to dealership who only damaged my car even more was told to run around local garages had to pay for recovery trucks and all only not be reimbursed back. Total joke of company not happy at all. At first everyone was all nice and then it all went down hill. Would not recommend to friends or family members.”
