Car Finance - but not staightforward !! Thought originally it was well run, however took over a month to get paperwork right. Constant text messaging wanting info/wanting me to liaise with dealer but when I was after a progress report - told not to keep ringing. Prro communication and progress reports. Promised quick service/financing but issues every step of the way. Dealer finally did modt of the legwork. Allocated a "Ninja" representative, but evrytime you contact them you talk to someone different. Promised money would be paid to dealer by end of week, arrange a long trip to collect car only to be told at very last minute that the financing has'nt been complete yet. Not impressed

The website does not work, I’m viewing cars to figure out what I want, but I can’t, I click on the photos to see more photos and nothing happens, screen goes darker as if it’s trying to load, and nothing happens at all, this needs sorting. Iv sorted a car out with you guys in the past and I know yous are spot on, but this is frustrating.

The car I brought has got a few issues ( only had it 24hrs) Now I have been told I have to take it to a garage for diagnostics so I can return the car. Thought I had 14 days cooling period

Good Afternoon Dean, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA2015), should there be any fault or faults with a vehicle, it is the responsibility of the customer to evidence these faults. This is laid out by the CRA2015, not by CarMoney, to which you were advised by our complaints team on Friday 18 November. Unfortunately, the negative review left is therefore unfair and not relating to us as a company as we are trying to resolve the issues. Once the requested evidence has been received, we can then proceed with the complaint.

One of the representatives he promised me a 1year warranty for the initial car I went for a Nissan Qashqai and I made the first payment on it and then the Nissan was sold to someone else and I'm left paying for someone else's car. Also Bumper.co.uk is not a warranty provider just an application like klarna for repairs you pay for. Absolutely ridiculous. Plus the last two times I called I've been avoided systematically.

Quick to text with an offer. Oh call us, call us. Long waits on the phone to be immediatly put back on hold for another eternity. Did get a call back but the rate was awful. Obviously I didn't want to proceed but now I'm getting numerous messages via text and email looking for more documents. Not a great experience

We got there in the end, but beware the claim that they get the money sorted generally in 24 hours is not true, it can't be. For a start they don't always return your calls and when you do get approval they then use a ridiculous system of id verification involving using the post to send out a PIN number and then you once again have to try and get in contact to finish the verification. I checked with the actual finance company (CarMoney are just an intermediary) and they didn't require this method of verification, they just ask a few simple questions on the phone which takes less tan 5 minutes. All in all the process took 10 days!!! Not great and I NEARLY LOST A GREAT DEAL ON A CAR BECAUSE OF THE DELAYS. That said when you do get to speak to the Ninjas, they are really nice and helpful.
