I was absolutely amazed at the service provided by CarMoney throughout the whole process, particularly by the operative that was dealing primarily with my request, Hamza Jamal. This was my first time financing a car, and Hamza did everything to make the whole process clear, concise and with my needs in mind. Very happy customer, thank you again!

I had a really good experience with David Crawford, he answered all my questions clearly, was friendly, and made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable! I never felt rushed and everything was explained in a way that made sense to me :)

Please avoid this company at all cost before you sign any contract. They can call you like 100 times a day but if you have any issue with your car, put it in mind that you are alone you called them to tell you stories. They will tell you that they will call you back you will never do. Later a car that have warrant I contacted the dealer and the dealer threaten to beat me. I have to run to the police car. Money told me they can’t help me. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a finance company there was a lot of stuff wrong with the car. They said they can’t help me get my money back unbelievable.

Amazing service from first interest on a car to even after receiving it. Nathan was my account manager, made dealing with a usually stressful situation of sorting out a new car almost enjoyable! A pleasant person to speak to, made our phone calls fun but was serious about helping me. Can really feel his passion to get the deal over the line and ensure I was informed on all the details and that my car got to me as soon as possible. From first showing interest in the car, it was only a few days that I had it delivered to my home. I am really grateful for CarMoney’s help meaning I didn’t need to lift a finger and everything was sorted for me. Cannot recommend these guys enough, after a few phone calls Nathan felt like a friend that I’ve known for some time! He’s like a farmer, outstanding in his field! A true asset to the company.

Avoid at all cost. The worst company I have ever come across! Told me I was accepted for finance but any car I wanted I was not aloud for whatever reason, calls were arranged which I also took time out of work to take and I never got a call. Useless company

My account was suddenly restricted, disabling withdrawals and limiting access without any prior warning. Attempts to resolve the issue internally resulted in vague responses and no progress. At that point, I turned to U.R.F, led by Unique Services. Their team conducted a methodical review, identified the compliance error causing the freeze, and implemented a resolution efficiently. Access was restored, and preventative measures were added to protect the account going forward.

Terrible brought a car had it 2 days sent it back for repair come back from dealers ok, I requested paper work for repair apparently dont need to give me it. Then had another problem took it for inspection turns out the car needs over £5k of work. So rejecting the vehicle and still waiting quick to take money from you but slow to investigating the issue.
