“I didn’t pick carmoney for any other reason than a google search. I explained that I was only looking because my bank for some reason couldn’t match the car registration so I didn’t want to proceed to doing a full credit check with them. Finance was approved but my gosh the number of calls was ridiculous!!! Even after I explained I wasn’t collecting the car until 3 weeks later I just wanted to get it all in place before hand and I would not be signing until the week of collection but still the calls persisted. I work full time I am not glued to my phone and I said multiple times email is my preferred which was ignored multiple times, i actually don’t think I was ever emailed like I asked. I want to see the finance agreement before I sign I don’t need someone on the phone telling me about it! I collected the car on the 21st and I am STILL GETTING CALLS for what I don’t know!! I get it you guys want your commission and look you got it, but if someone says email them how about email them? I’ve got the car I’m happy with the car if I have an issue I’ll raise with the dealer”

“Terrible experience. Was told my finance was secure with lender signed all documents put down deposit on car and took a day off work to collect car . Dealer was waiting on payment and every time I phone I was advised there wasn’t a problem the payment was due to be transferred. After phone calls over 3 days I was advised by text the finance was rejected. Put through to complaints department and was finally set straight that the finance was never approved. LED down the garden path and wasted a days holiday . If your dealing with them make sure your definitely getting the finance before arranging the car . Wouldn’t recommend”

“Received call asking if was still looking to go ahead with finance I said yes and they said somebody from team would call back in 5 mins...it's been over 72hours and nothing then I get an email saying if there is no contact from me the application will be cancelled. Poor service”

We're sorry to hear you've not had a great experience with CarMoney. Having reviewed your complaint, we can see on the morning of the 26th of February our team called to advised you would be called back by another member of the team to discuss your finance application. We had then text you to advise we tried ringing your number but couldn't get through. We then rang you another 3 times and text twice to try and get back in touch but had no response from yourself. After sending our standard email to say we would need to close the application due to no response, we received an email back from yourself stating you wanted us to close your application and that you were unhappy with the service provided. We felt we had sufficient attempts to get in contact you with on numerous occasions and through different methods but to no avail. If you would still like us to look into car finance options for youselve we'd more than happy to help. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

“Hamza Jamal was really helpful and got the car I wanted processed in 2 days. I found the car I wanted right after I’d passed my test and he’s helped me the whole way keeping me updated the whole time and walked me through the process. I would post photos of the car but I’m getting a error uploading🫤”

“Please avoid this company at all cost before you sign any contract. They can call you like 100 times a day but if you have any issue with your car, put it in mind that you are alone you called them to tell you stories. They will tell you that they will call you back you will never do. Later a car that have warrant I contacted the dealer and the dealer threaten to beat me. I have to run to the police car. Money told me they can’t help me. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a finance company there was a lot of stuff wrong with the car. They said they can’t help me get my money back unbelievable.”

“Amazing service from first interest on a car to even after receiving it. Nathan was my account manager, made dealing with a usually stressful situation of sorting out a new car almost enjoyable! A pleasant person to speak to, made our phone calls fun but was serious about helping me. Can really feel his passion to get the deal over the line and ensure I was informed on all the details and that my car got to me as soon as possible. From first showing interest in the car, it was only a few days that I had it delivered to my home. I am really grateful for CarMoney’s help meaning I didn’t need to lift a finger and everything was sorted for me. Cannot recommend these guys enough, after a few phone calls Nathan felt like a friend that I’ve known for some time! He’s like a farmer, outstanding in his field! A true asset to the company.”
