“I was told that I had been accepted and had to wait a further week to then be told that I have been declined. Which has wasted a week of my time giving the dealership false information that I have the funds ready and now have nothing to offer. Very shocking customer service as been trying to chase within that week to speak to the same advisor however, they were always busy or dealing with other things. Would not recommend this company to use !”

“I don't normally give reviews but Katie from carmoney was very helpful and understanding of the fact I had a very bad credit report and sure enough she found me a lender not just a lender she found me the van as well. And the price we agreed on is a lot better than most so yes I'm happy. Thanks all.”

“Heart broken, £260 out of pocket because of admin fees . Bought a smart for 2, for my daughter. Car dealers woodchurch cars charged me the sum of £260 as admin fee, . Highly disappointed 😞 , could not enjoy the car thinking 😕 about it. Not the service I expected. Warning dont be rushed buying a car with CARMONEY AGENT..THEY TALK TO FAST AND YOU CAN BE CON TO ACCEPT ...BE CLEAR BEFORE SIGNING AND DEAL .”

“Dealt with Samuel at CarMoney back in May as was looking for a new car. Only managed to get around to leaving review due to ill health. When contacted the company, Samuel was very responsive and attentive to my needs and with regards to what I was looking for. First spoke with him on a Friday when I was out looking for a new car and the finance and paperwork was all sorted and agreed on for purchasing by the following Tuesday so was more than happy with the service I received. Between times, Samuel had kept in contact with suggestions for similar vehicles to those I'd looked at so I had plenty options available to look at had the one I had selected fell through. Once I'd collected the car at the end of that week, Samuel kept in touch to make sure everything was fine and cannot fault his efforts. Very professional and helpful and if I ever needed to get finance for another car in the future, I would be back in contact with them and would definitely recommend this company to others.”

“I had a few problems with my purchase, and it had to go to unwind which went threw brilliant, not a problem... Unfortunately something else occurred few months later and had to contact carmoney again, I had my first contact with Cameron, I have to say he was beyond helpful, professional, so pleasant and honest , unfortunately i had to contact him again because my problem was still not resolved he sorted what I needed within the hour , I can't thank him enough , it was such a relief to eventually have my problems resolved , 5 stars cameron”

“Phoned this finance company on the Tuesday and by the Wednesday evening all the paperwork and payments were completed could not fault this company on how quickly everything went through. Would recommend this company to anyone. I will use again in future”

“I have dealt with Ross Murray when getting my car finance sorted and I want to say I have never felt this good and secure about making a purchase before. He has done everything he could do to help me and answer all of my questions. He has been extremely helpful and very kind and patient with me. “WARNING! Court Action Pending! In February I used CarMoney website to find a suitable car for me and my family. Following what seemed to be a suitable car the finance package was arranged. On the day of collection, I noted to the garage that the coolant was low and they topped it up. I then submitted a complain to CarMoney within the two week return window as I wanted to keep the car but have the issue resolved, I was assured that because I complained within the return window the issue would be remedied. After 6 months of being sent to different garages and mechanics and still they cannot find the fault, they requested I take it to a VAT registered garage. I took it to a ford specialist where they diagnosed a cracked air cooler. Car Money then wanted to send another independent engineer to my home address for a 30 minute inspection, something they had already done but failed to find the problem. During my investigation I found that CarMoney list cars from a company in Coventry that have a known convicted car salesman, he is still paying his victims compensation of which a judge ordered him to pay 25k. I am writing this review as I can see that CarMoney are still posting cars from the address & postcode despite my compelling evidence against them. DO NOT USE CAR MONEY - PLEASE SEARCH THIS ADDRESS TO SEE THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY ARE ALLOWING LISTINGS FROM AND PROTECTING Quality Cars and Vans Coventry, 101a Longford Rd, Longford, Coventry CV6 6DY "Search for Gerry/Gurdip Coventry Rogue Trader" in google and you will see. CarMoney have been totally inept, if you have a problem, you will have a NIGHTMARE! Coolant pictures taken 28th Feb > 3rd March > 11th March, this is how fast it depletes. Also included correspondences from both parties. STAY AWAY”
