Was a lot of back and forth, being told the finance was going through and payment would be made to the dealership, then it wasn't then it was. Lots of miss communication and wrong information.

Customer service was exceptional, Peter was extremely helpful and got me a good car for a decent price. Clear and consise, easy navigated, they handle most of the work.

Whole process from Start to finish (21st Dec to 2nd Jan) was slow but simple, Christmas and Covid are obviously not helping my experience neither was the fact that half way through my dealings (24th Dec) with Carmoney my previous rust bucket had broken down permanently. I almost rung daily from 28th December to get updates and no one Ninja stood out as a positive or negative. I am happy that even though I have bad credit rating and first choice of car ( UK registered but had Irish plates on (a 2010 Mini Cooper which I actually wanted) (which I gave up on to speed up the process ) I now have a nice newer car (a 2013 Citroen C3 Picasso).I hope that any future dealing with CarMoney have a faster reaction but short of that a big thank you to everyone who put up with me pushing them to get things moving.

From the off after I made an initial enquiry, car money were very helpful and informative all the way through to finding my car, helping me with finding the best deal and adaptive to changes in circumstances of the dealers that I was going to buy the car from. Emily was brilliant and found me the finance I was happy with for value and convenience. Would definitely use these guys again in the future. Jamie Q

The application was very straight forward and Euan was okay. However, I felt abandoned half way through the process and thought it should have been dealt with in a better way. Peter Vardy had to be chased with calls to get the delivery date. On collected there was corrosion on the car even though it was advertised as scratch free. Sent emails and rang the Peter Vardy advisor and I have been ignored.

Got there in the end. Bit niggly with settlement being 40pence out and having to redo documentation. Don't know who's fault but not mine ????
