“I asked carmoney for a quote for a car i wanted to buy and they confirmed no hard search on my credit file would be carried out to do this. I actually went with a different provider in the end. A month later I realised a hard search had been carried out by BMW financial for carmoney to provide the above. I contacted the complaints email twice now in past 2 weeks to get this entry removed and they have totally ignored me.....do not use this company! They lie and do a hard search when they should only do a soft search.”

“Sinead at CarMoney was absolutely brilliant. Initially at first I was nervous as on all previous car buying matters, the dealership sorted out the finance. Sinead was very reassuring and completely understood my worries. With Sinead's professional and personal approach to my new finance, I was left with no doubt that I was in safe hands. I personally liked the fact that because it was the same customer service's person dealing with you, you can build up a report with that person. I genuinely feel that she was just as happy for me getting my new little car as I was. I highly recommend CarMoney for your financing and I will without hesitation, be going back to CarMoney for any future financing.”

“So far so good. I got to admit, that although it's early days and this is the first time I've used a company like this, I have to be honest and say that these guys were quick and sorted everything in in just a couple of days. I was kept informed and up to date throughout the whole process. The APR rate is respectable and to be honest this company seems too good to be true. I would recommend them in a heart beat, as (touch wood) this is an amazing way to finance your vehicle with an extremely professional and dedicated company.”

“Thanks to all the hard work of Sinead Keogh I am now happily cruising in my 9 seater with 6 very happy children who are no longer crushed into a 7 seater arguing over personal space 😂 It was quite stressful with delays because of all the backlog from the actual lender (not Carmoney) but Sinead updated me daily. She was a superstar & very friendly and dedicated. I have seen a few reviews on here in the last few days from people complaining but the problems they’ve complained about are actually due to the lender and not Carmoney. Unfortunately covid has caused a lot of delays which is understandably frustrating, but I think that there needs to be some understanding given the circumstances out of anyone’s control. I’d also like to say that I wasn’t charged £59.99 or loaned less funds. These are down to the lender. Thank you Sinead for all your hard work. J x”

“BEWARE, this company does not mention to customers at any stage that a £59.99 admin fee is charged to the dealer and deducted from the funds sent to them, this £59.99 will obviously affect any purchase price agreed with a dealer, its not the dealers fault I chose Carmoney to finance my car so this £59.99 cost will be passed onto the buyer!!”

“The worse service I have ever received. Took forever for the funds to be transferred to the dealer account and once they have. They sent the wrong amount, too short!! I have had to pay it by myself! Lack of contact after, not answering the phone. Avoid!! Avoid!! Avoid!!”
