“Can’t thank CarMoney enough for finding me my new car and getting me approved for finance. After not being approved with buyacar, I had lost hope but CarMoney then got into contact and I decided to give them a chance having received my details from buyacar. Best thing i ever did! I now have an amazing Citroen C1 which drives like a dream and is in amazing condition as the ninjas got me accepted for finance in just 1 day! The ninja assigned to me Ross was honestly lovely, kept me informed during the whole process and looked for the perfect car for me even when I was a bit picky. The process was a bit odd with the whole buying insurance thing before having the car and you don’t have much contact with the actual lender, but this is because the lender requests for insurance docs and CarMoney sorts out the contracts and finance for you with the lender! But honestly have nothing bad to say! Thank you so much and will definitely be recommending you and using you again in the future for my car after my Citroen 🙂🙂”

“Superb company, did all the hard work for me, painless and easy. Where most companies are using the Covid pandemic to make excuses for poor customer service the CarMoney team are working in the same pandemic providing outstanding customer service without excuses. Laura Halpin my ninja was outstanding, great communication and did all she could to get the the most competitive deal. Nothing was to much trouble and I really appreciated her support. This was the most stress free process I’ve had when buying a vehicle. I will definitely use CarMoney again. I want to pass on my sincere thanks to Laura and the rest of the team.”

“Well best ever service from start to finish Highly recomended car money helped me when nobody else could I would like to thank Craig Gammel who should be labled as a warrior not a ninja 1 week start to finish and the dealer was payed nothing was to much trouble for this guy even amid the pandemic one very happy customer and always kept me upto date with every step that was taken very easy to deal with no hassle at all Thank you Craig”

“Extremely satisfied! Couldn’t believe such a quick and easy process! Gordon and mark have been exceptionally helpful in assisting me for and finding my PERFECT CAR, 10/10 service, super friendly and helpful would recommend to anyone. “Whole process from Start to finish (21st Dec to 2nd Jan) was slow but simple, Christmas and Covid are obviously not helping my experience neither was the fact that half way through my dealings (24th Dec) with Carmoney my previous rust bucket had broken down permanently. I almost rung daily from 28th December to get updates and no one Ninja stood out as a positive or negative. I am happy that even though I have bad credit rating and first choice of car ( UK registered but had Irish plates on (a 2010 Mini Cooper which I actually wanted) (which I gave up on to speed up the process ) I now have a nice newer car (a 2013 Citroen C3 Picasso).I hope that any future dealing with CarMoney have a faster reaction but short of that a big thank you to everyone who put up with me pushing them to get things moving.”

“Absolute terrible service told me to put a deposit on a car and arrange to collect the vehicle the lender sent car money the funds and they would not release the funds to the dealership and gave them all the information they needed they have just delayed things so I could not pick up the car won't be using again”

Hello, I am sorry you are unhappy with the service you have received. However, as advised, the delay was regarding documentation being sent about a tracker and then ultimately this being fitted. “We were starting to look to upgrade our big family car for a newer 7 seater.... as with anything we had done some research and decided on a S Max if we could afford it...... Our Ninja Jordan was absolutely superb and was on hand every step of the way and if he wasn’t about then one of the other ninjas where there to help support us. Once the finance and car were found it only took a week for us to collect the car and drive away. It was the easiest and smoothest transaction you could ask for. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be in touch in a few years when we downsize. Huge thanks to Jordan once again.”
