“Car money… what an excellent company! I am not one for leaving reviews, however without the support of car money I don’t believe I’d be driving my new vehicle, due to the complex situation we encountered with another dealership on the return of a vehicle. The car money complaints department worked tirelessly to unwind the first deal, supporting me throughout the necessary steps to secure my second deal with a different garage. I’d like to thank everyone at Carmoney for the support, but particularly Rebecca for putting up with me through the stressful ordeal. Thanks again! Dan”

“Very bad companions. First they sent me to approve. I sent them all the papers. We signed everything, sent the papers to the sellers, who signed it all, and then said that something was wrong and that it was a terrible terrible company, don't take a loan from them.”

“Have made a review on Trustpilot. It came up as my husband's name, John Pagett, but it was I who dealt with CarMoney, ie. Christine Pagett. No wonder there are no records of phone call from me, Because I tried and tried to get through on the phone, to no avail. I tried at night, early morning and throughout the day. NO-ONE picked up the phone. It is obvious they are not answering the phone. I sent e-mails and only then got a phone call from them,, on the same telephone number!!!!! So their phones did work. I was left to muddle through regarding the documents, as they wouldn't answer the phone. The same when the link they told me to click on, in my email, did not work. I found it on your site luckily. I have no issue with the Finance Company. They have been very efficient and helpful. I do not like the previous reply from CarMoney. It's no way to run a business and talk to customers like that. “From the very start they were really helpful and communicated really well through the hole process. My ninja was Scott Hayes he was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with, if the was a problem he communicated with me as soon as possible and put me at ease every time, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with thank you Scott 😀. I highly recommend Carmoney to everyone and the hole process was smooth and hassle free from start to finish.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
