“My car got written off on Friday 16th September, so I needed to finance a new car as quickly as possible. Found car money on the search engine and as I didn’t think I had a very good credit rating thought I’d give it a go. Applied online quickly by answering a couple of questions. By the next day I received a phone call stating I was approved for finance. They sent me a few options of cars via text message and helped me find a suitable car. Mark Pottage at Car Money was very helpful and any questions I had he was able to answer. I found a car on auto trader and Mark contacted them and sorted out all the finance for me. Made it really easy. A week after losing my old car, I was able to pick up my new car. Would highly recommend.”

“Poor comms and information. I went on the site to get a quote as site advised they brokered price. With number of options. Upon clicking on quote site acted as though I was applying rather than getting info. Received a call from agent who offered 1 poor option. This isn’t what they advertised”

We can see that communication was sent at every stage by SMS, telephone calls and emails, we are unable to find where your comment of 'poor comms' takes place. Unfortunately the APR you were provided, was unacceptable to you to which you then terminated the call. We apologise regarding the only option available to you, based on your credit score. “Really nice people! Helped me find a more modern care for minimal extra, of the style I wanted, and also kept me in budget and went out of their way to help me. Couldn’t ask for more! Picking up my scooby estate in on the 01/10/22 as requested by me, absolutely awesome experience getting me my first car.”

“Recently used Carmoney and I couldn’t say a bad word about them, nothing was to much to ask and they was there from start to finish. My personal Ninja was was Usman Altaf. He made everything every clear and made me feel comfortable. I’d recommend to anyone who is looking to get a new car.”

“So I was looking for a new car. Got contacted by mark who was nothing but amazing. I let him know what kind of car I wanted. We was looking over 3 days as my credit wasn't that good but he work continuously with me and in the end we found a car 🙏 amazing customer service, didn't have to sit on the phone for hours as we did it all by text which was so much easier. Honestly couldn't thank mark enough for his dedication. Definitely a valued team player”
