“Where do I start? Went to CarMoney for finance for Private Hire Taxi as they said they could help me, found me the car I wanted from apparently a "Trusted' dealer, car was 16k, 17 plate Prius Plus advertised at 58444 mileage, had to travel 2 hours on train to collect car on 14/04/24 got to dealership which was a dirty grotty office ( should have known then) . Test drove car all seemed ok, drove 2 hours home. On 16/04/24 car was booked in with my mechanic to be checked over before being inspected by council, soon as car was lifted up to be checked underneath it was clear it had been in an accident, then the milage came into question, service book didn't look genuine, contacted Toyota too see if they had any info on car, and was told by them car was last seen Feb 24 and recorded mileage was 82575, they kindly sent me the proof. Contacted finance company Autolend who then informed me they don't do taxi finance and cancelled the agreement there and then. So not only was I mis sold a car I was mis sold finance. Dealership is refusing to take car back, Carmoney told me car is going to auction and that will be collected asap, that was 2 weeks ago, they are now not taking my calls, Autolend were unaware that car was going to auction. Trading standards are now in possession of dealerships details, complaint put into finance company and now I will be contacting financial ombudsman. I have been told by finance company today that I am still liable for car until they get funds back from dealership ( Woburn Autos)even though they have said they don't have the money. In the meantime I'm left with a car sat on my drive that I can't use for the purpose intended and apparently still liable for payments on a cancelled finance agreement.. My advice DO NOT use CarMoney they are liars and use dodgy dealerships.”

Went above and beyond for me to sort a stunning car out for me. I would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a car. He's a real credit to Car Money and again thanks for all your help Adil. Will defiantly be coming to you again for the next one. Keep this man at all costs!”

“I cannot thank MR Rohit enough, his customer service is incredibly caring. In my first application, I found a vehicle from a large company, but there were some problems with the vehicle that confused me. I inspected the vehicle dealer company on my behalf and found something not very good about them. Mr. on this matter. I am grateful to Rohit and his team. I am very grateful to them for completing the cancellation and refund procedures quickly and handling my new application without any problems. really great service”

“Fantastic experience with Carmoney. Super easy to deal with. Every time I called I spoke to the same person who really quickly authenticated it was me then knew exactly where we were up to in the process. Really quick decisions and they found great loan deals. Sher Asim was my contact and he was awesome. Super friendly knowledgeable and efficient. 100% recommend.”

“CarMoney made financing a new car such an easy, straightforward process. Being someone with not much knowledge and experience of this I was a little apprehensive about the process but the staff here made it so simple and clear. The particular ‘ninja’ that dealt with me was Ross and he was nothing but friendly, reassuring and very knowledgeable.
