“Wow. I looked at the reviews and I must admit I was sceptical after reading the negative comments. I must say how impressed I was from start to finish. Yes, they do ask for a selfie with your driving license and yes you do get some duplicate emails, but honestly, totally smooth and very easy experience. Credit to Brian Thompson “my Ninga” done everything he needed to and was responsive to text and emails. I would recommend Carmoney, don’t believe the negative. Thank you”

“Quick to text with an offer. Oh call us, call us. Long waits on the phone to be immediatly put back on hold for another eternity. Did get a call back but the rate was awful. Obviously I didn't want to proceed but now I'm getting numerous messages via text and email looking for more documents. Not a great experience”

“Incredibly friendly and fast to deal with, All sorted within 12 hours!! Andrew was amazing, friendly and professional! Price was matched to my requirements/needs and they even went into detail checking out the dealership to make sure it was trustworthy. Will definitely be recommending!! :)”

“Great experience at first friendly staff always happy to help but my main concern with this company is I applied for finance for my car, I did keep saying to carmoney i haven’t seen or test driven the car as yet. The reply was don’t worry you can still sort your finance. I was due to see the car on the Friday, unfortunately when arriving to see the car the dealer told me the car was still at MOT station so we would have to wait until tomorrow to see it. Upon driving home I recieved a text from CarMoney to say funds had been transferred to the dealer. I had no calls to ask if everything was ok before the money was transferred I had not seen this car properly or driven it. As it happens the car is a lemon and is now parked on a friends driveway as it won’t drive. Dealer refusing to accept my rejection of the car and I have had to pass it on to the fiancé company to sort out. Which could take up to 8 weeks. So not very happy with the service of this company as been left £4.5k out of pocket with a duff car”

“Very easy very quick very obliging, well mannered, curteous nothing too much trouble only problem I had was the car I collected hadn't been serviced and could have been valeted and washed better, other than that very pleased”

“All I can say is I highly recommend CarMoney as the "go-to" place for brokering car finance deals!!! I had come across CarMoney (recommended via the MoneySavingSupermarket website), so gave it a try along with another company. I just expected to be given a basic service of finance being sought for a car I wanted, but I got way more than this! My CarMoney Ninja was Rebecca Stewart - let me just say from the moment we first communicated, Rebecca was with me along every step of the way by helping me to find the exact car and spec I was after, and all at a reasonable rate. Rebecca even went above and beyond to offer me a better rate compared to the quoted rate the other company had given me (after I had shown proof of this)! I was kept in the loop with the current stage of my application every so often in such a kind manner! Even managed to throw me in a money-back bonus on top! I can confirm I just picked up my car yesterday, and the salesperson was also top notch! Thanks especially to Rebecca for helping me get my new wheels. I will definitely use CarMoney again when it is time for me to change cars in the future! Thanks, Ben P!”

“Wasn't a great start. Started at slow speed was quick to get accepted for finance but then on Vauxhall Finance side they had issues with the figures resulting in me printing and signing out 4 times with different documents each time. Picking up the car tomorrow hopefully everything is smooth from here.”
