“Excellent from start to finish. Really friendly staff with little to no fuss whatsoever. Everything was detailed at every point of the application so you knew what was going on at all times. Money was available instantly after I viewed the car and I was happy with it. Highly recommended. Will use again in future.”

“No hard sell!!! Kyle Glancy and Sean Ballie made the whole process effortless, knew my budget and found me the best deal so pleased and even when the car wasn’t going to ready for a few days there was no pestering emails or phone calls this was all done in my own time at my pace and I can’t thank the lads enough for this absolutely amazing experience thanks guys”

“Car Finance - but not staightforward !! Thought originally it was well run, however took over a month to get paperwork right. Constant text messaging wanting info/wanting me to liaise with dealer but when I was after a progress report - told not to keep ringing. Prro communication and progress reports. Promised quick service/financing but issues every step of the way. Dealer finally did modt of the legwork. Allocated a "Ninja" representative, but evrytime you contact them you talk to someone different. Promised money would be paid to dealer by end of week, arrange a long trip to collect car only to be told at very last minute that the financing has'nt been complete yet. Not impressed”

“3 times recently I applied for car finance through this company and they’re useless. I have lost £150 on deposits on cars that they told me finance had been agreed!!! Completed all the purchase agreements, they’d contacted the dealerships on 2 occasions for them to send their invoice. Signed direct debit mandates, everything as far as myself and the dealership was concerned to go ahead with sale. Cars were MOT’d, serviced and valeted only for either day before or the day I was supposed to collect the car to be told the finance company wanted more info e.g payslip that was already uploaded into their portal, HR email and phone number to do an employment check, which should have been carried out in the first instance, not when you were getting ready to drive 100 mile to pick up your car. I thought MoneyBarn were bad, but these are a close 2nd. Absolutely useless”

“Beware using this company sales agent told lies selling warranty even when challenged that 3rd party warranties were poor he claimed his warranty covered everything....fast forward few months warranty isn't worth paper it's written on. Now playing hard to get to contact. Very easy to get hold off when they were trying to get you to take loan from them.”

“I am a returning customer of carmoney. Carmoney arranged the previous finance 3yrs ago and I have returned to get the next one through them. They gave me a better finance rate as i am a returning customer and were very patient and supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend "Taz Taleb" for his professionalism.”
