“I am really impressed by Car Money. The whole process from application to the collection of my car went super smoothly. As somebody who has never financed a car before, I was quite nervous and had lots of questions but the Ninjas made it so easy and clear. Ross McCann was the particular Ninja that I dealt with and he was fantastic. He made the boring calls about terms and conditions much more interesting with his sense of humour and people skills. I would definitely recommend Car Money to my friends and family.”

“I was browsing online for used cars and as you do kept coming across some absolute stunning cars and thinking if only my credit rating was good enough to get a really nice one. I noticed the advert for CarMoney and give them a look. Not only did CarMoney reckon they could give me financial help getting a car they also had a credit repair advert that turned out to be so easy to use. Some of the cars on the website looked so good I thought I’d give it a try, I had nothing to lose in fact in the process if I didn’t get finance I could at least repair my credit rating. I signed up to repair my credit which Only took a few minutes to do and found some really helpful info about my credit, then straight after got in touch with CarMoney who have been Outstanding! They told me to pick a car under 10 years old + had to be under 100,000 miles then they would do the rest. After some proof of i.d and a couple of recent payslips I’m now waiting for my new car! These guys are fantastic and definitely worth a try! Oh and I’m now also on the road to repairing my credit rating! Thanks again CarMoney!”

“The car I brought has got a few issues ( only had it 24hrs) Now I have been told I have to take it to a garage for diagnostics so I can return the car. Thought I had 14 days cooling period”

Good Afternoon Dean, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA2015), should there be any fault or faults with a vehicle, it is the responsibility of the customer to evidence these faults. This is laid out by the CRA2015, not by CarMoney, to which you were advised by our complaints team on Friday 18 November. Unfortunately, the negative review left is therefore unfair and not relating to us as a company as we are trying to resolve the issues. Once the requested evidence has been received, we can then proceed with the complaint.

“One of the representatives he promised me a 1year warranty for the initial car I went for a Nissan Qashqai and I made the first payment on it and then the Nissan was sold to someone else and I'm left paying for someone else's car. Also Bumper.co.uk is not a warranty provider just an application like klarna for repairs you pay for. Absolutely ridiculous. Plus the last two times I called I've been avoided systematically.”
