“The application was very straight forward and Euan was okay. However, I felt abandoned half way through the process and thought it should have been dealt with in a better way. Peter Vardy had to be chased with calls to get the delivery date. On collected there was corrosion on the car even though it was advertised as scratch free. Sent emails and rang the Peter Vardy advisor and I have been ignored.”

“From the first instance CarMoney responded to my application very quickly, sent me a text to tell me what was happening. I spoke with Nicholas who talked over my application and budget. When i went to view a car I already knew my application was approved but I went for a car that was a bit more expensive than planned. I called Nickolas and he managed to increase the borrowed amount and at lower interest rate. Excellent customer service.”

“Happy with the way things went, an the speed it was done at and the way most thing were done, Just 3 things 1. No call at the end to tell me that everything has gone through by car money. It was the garage that rang and said, it was done after by email 2. There was nothing asked on which date of the month I would like the money to go out of the bank. Never thought of it until just now. 3. I’m not a big fan of doing things by email, and it was quite lucky I was o a job where I could deal with as some places I work the is no coverage”
