“Basically i had a Peugeot 5008 engine broke so i needed a finance as i was in a position with no money or car i rang carmoney and was sorted in 4 days my cars been delivered on Monday morning daniel haughie my car ninja was absolutely amazing top man brilliant work efforts extremely polite and a genuine nice person he went through thick and thin to help me get on the road very understanding i felt like i had known him ages made me really relxed and reassured me he would help went above and beyond couldn't have asked for a more efficient experience brilliant "carninja" he must have been the ninja master sorted in 4 days even with confusion of my payslips that no one was accepting due to my current situation 5 stars to car money 10 stars to Daniel haughie so happy with the car choice and customer services thankyou”

“Brogan is a gentleman and a credit to Carmoney. Nothing was too much trouble and his patience was unreal. Brogan made the whole process of buying and financing my new car, a pleasurable experience, which sometimes can be quite an ordeal. Thank you Brogan and Carmoney.”

“Do not answer questions ,only want to control you and sell you a contract, will not put anything in writing ,asked for details of contract did not respond,want you to sign paperwork before you know about any deal. Only want to speak to you on phone so they can record you ,but as hard of hearing it puts you into a difficult position.This is a company who is looking to get you in a corner without explain the details,then you are stuck with very expensive contract you can not get out of. In other words not customer friendly BE VERY CARFUL.”

“I saw a car on USEDCARSNI and beneath the advert was a typical quote from Carmoney, which I responded to. I got a call from Brogan, full of professionalism and enthusiasm, which didn't wain when I changed my mind on both vehicle and dealership. Within 24 hours of test driving the car, the dealership was paid. I'm looking forward to my fully serviced, fully detailed car, in 2 days time! Thank you Brogan and Carmoney!!!”

“Please everyone double check you can get a better rate, I’ve got an excellent credit rating wanted to finance only 5k, was told best rate I could get was 17.2%! Was not happy about this they told me because it was a cheap car I couldn’t get a better rate! So I rang Auf car finance instead and asked them to source me a lender, got quoted 11.9% from close brothers for the same car same amount of financing and term. Obviously car money get a bigger referral fee for charging people higher interest rate! Just everyone double check you can get a better rate!”

“Constant pestering through text and phone calls from different people. Asking questions I had already answered I.e " have you collected your car yes or no" I text back numerous times saying yes and they still pestered . I had a phone call from jasmine who works there. Would not let me speak kept talking over me every time I tried to speak. Her attitude was disgusting. wanting signed documents. Documents that had already been signed and sent but they hadnt looked properly for them.Enfuriating! And then also turned out they had made errors on there part which they had admitted to on more than 1 occasion. Still tried to speak and she wouldn't let me. Disrespectful. Wouldn't want her on the phone to me again she is in the wrong job and I hope some sort of management can listen to the calls back to understand where I am coming from and I am sure they will agree with what I am saying. Any other company would have something that needed signing under 1 file but no 9+emails i received going backwards and forwards with documents they kept loosing. Not an organised company in any way shape or form.”
