“This company is a one stop shop for everything! Not only securing a great finance deal but sourcing the car for you aswell ensuring the garage is vetted and has a good track record. This was brilliant as I just sat back and the agent did all the work for me. He was contactable all the time (even on his day off!!) I can't recommend this company enough and will 100% use them again.”

“Complaints team will not help you out whatsoever if you have a problem with your car. Worst complaints team I have ever dealt with, a almost non existent so called ‘team’”

Good Afternoon David, thank you for your review however we are sorry to see you have scored us 1 star. I can confirm you wished to reject the vehicle however, we did not receive evidence of the faults by means of diagnostic, which is a requirement laid out in our Acknowledgement email. As a result, the dealership would not accept the rejection of the vehicle without evidence, as you saw the vehicle twice and checked the vehicle over. The dealership has agreed to repair the vehicle, at no cost to you, and will keep all persons involved updated. You will continue to be kept updated by our complaint team. “I had a great experience with Callum at Car Money. He arranged everything for me, and even though I chose a car a bit to far for me to get to, he arranged for it to be delivered. He was always contactable. This was the first time I had done anything like this and he couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I had an outstanding service with CarMoney, I did try one other broker before but they where no where as helpful or caring as this company. They beat my interest rates and they got me sorted with such a good deal. If it wasn’t for my account manager MhairiClaire Doherty I probably wouldn’t have been able to afford the car I really wanted. She was so nice, kept me up to date all of the way and she was super patient with me, nothing was any trouble and she explained everything. I will use car money again!”
