“Doing business with car money was a absolute dream and was so easy. As a young driver (U21) it was very difficult to finance that could suit me. Thankfully CarMoney found me a lender that could accommodate for me to have a shiny new bmw. Massive thank you to Tobi, Emma, Scott and all those who worked on my application.”

“The people I spoke to were all very helpful and using text messaging to keep me up to date and request a call or information was useful. Everything worked eventually and the car was delivered hassle free. Only 4 stars though as the paperwork process wasn’t as smooth as it could be. Otherwise a great service with helpful staff.”

“Great customer service throughout,although i dealt with a few different advisors they were all on the ball with the process of my appilcation,5 stars for that,the only downside was it took longer than expected for them to pay the dealer to which i very nearly lost out on my vehicle,had to keep chasing them up for that,however i got it in the end though,so took a star of for that,but good overall.”

“They obtained a car loan for me at a good interest rate and, in the main, their communications and responses were prompt. They did drop the ball at the final hurdle though by not sending me what I was advised would be 'an automatic text/email' to confirm - the most important thing - that my loan had been formally agreed. I only found that out the next day by phoning to enquire how things were progressing and separately speaking to the garage I got my car from!!! I did receive a confirmation email some five or so hours later that day from carmoney, by which time I had already collected the vehicle!!! That apart, I was happy with their service overall and would recommend them.”

“Great customer service from all the ninjas I dealt with. The only downfall was the dealership I was provided with and was using. This place was given to me by the company, and they are an utter shambles. Arranged pick up for my car and the dealership was closed, and was given the run around for an hour.”
