“Usman Altaf made the experience easy and transparent and explained each stage well”

“Car money were quick and efficient when finding a lender but they were (somewhat understandably) pushy even when I asked them to bear with me. I work Monday to Friday so I was unable to see/collect the car until 4pm and I was unable to phone the dealership during certain hours. Eventually they gave me time to sort it, but I still went through them because they found me the better rate.”

“Fantastic and quick service from CarMoney. Jordan Nisbet who I dealt with was quick and efficient with all communication. The process was easy and managed largely by CarMoney which made it easy for me. Only point of criticism, I was not offered the cheapest deal first. But once I gave a comparison, CarMoney was able to match it near on. Would defiantly recommend.”

“Fawad Javed was super friendly to deal with, didn’t get annoyed at me pestering him with different vehicles, questions and more. The whole thing was painless and transparent. My only critique is it did feel like the last few steps I had to prod it to get it over the line. But then, I was in need to get the vehicle asap.”

“4 stars for sorting out the finance and putting a £2500 contribution towards it. Not 5 stars because it took 2 days longer than anticipated which resulted in me using 3 work days holiday which should have been one. They get it done at the price you request just not in the timeframe. Great communication throughout, good customer services.. however they sometimes lost information and I had to tell them on 3 separate occasions that I was trading in a car as deposit which slowed the process.”
