“I went to car money to find my finance, the initial process of application etc. Was smooth, but once my finance had been accepted the transfer of funds...took a long time and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were talking about. A couple of people I spoke to were rude, they kept promising they would ring me back and never did. And after I made a complaint, I spoke to the manager who said the least he could do was offer me some compensation...never received it. Rang up to ask about this, and yet again another phone call where I haven’t been called back. I wouldn’t use them again, the process is smooth but the customer service is very poor. And your left wondering what is going on, and wether your funds are being transferred or not. The whole experience was hard, and time consuming. Not easy like promised.”

“Terrible service and no communication... I spotted a car I really liked and I then applied to the car money for finance ...it took them a week before I could collect the car from the dealership as they where that slow I at to consistently ring them and send emails to which they kept stalling me asking for duplicate documents etc absolute terrible service they never return calls or emails”

“No call backwhen they say they will. No info on the website saying that no-one is available to take or make a call. Left hanging on like a spare one at a party.... Going elsewhere for the finance on my new car now and not recommending your site to any of my friends or colleagues, in fact I will tell them all to stay well clear. Thanks for nothing.”

“**BEWARE**This Company is a big joke Paul Murrey the adviser have not got a clue what he is doing he gave me wrong quotes and tried setting up finance and sending me the documents without seeing any of my ID and proof of income details,I have put in a complaint with the financial Ombudsman who are going to deal with this matter and also put a complaint in with Finance company**PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY**”
